La fondation Irène Reymond se donne pour mission de soutenir des artistes romands ou vivant en Suisse romande se vouant aux arts platisques. Elle attribue des prix chaque année depuis 1986. Elle a ainsi distribué pour plus d'un million de francs à ce jour et soutenu plus de 100 artistes. En 2006 pour fêter le 20ème anniversaire une exposition a été organisée à l'espace Arlaud de Lausanne.
